Picturesque Coastal Location
Mindarie is a coastal suburb located in Perth, Western Australia. It is situated 36 kilometers (22 miles) north of Perth’s central business district and is part of the City of Wanneroo local government area.
In the early 20th century, Mindarie was briefly used for its limestone deposits. However, it was officially established in 1988 with the opening of the Mindarie Marina and hotel, which is one of the largest man-made marina resorts in the state. Today, the suburb features a mix of shops, restaurants, and schools, while primarily being a residential area.
Mindarie is also home to several large bushland reserves and parks that help preserve its natural beauty, including its impressive coastal dunes.
Additionally, Mindarie served as a filming location for the children’s science fiction television series “Stormworld.”

This is the heart of Mindarie, a popular destination for waterfront dining, entertainment, and accommodation.
